Our production manager has the experience of more than 25 years in manufacturing and quality checking the instruments. The well trained and motivated craftsman is our key source of quality assurance. We have installed quality checks after every process the instrument passes through before packaging. The Flow chart below clearly specifies where and when the quality checks are enforced.

When buying steel we use the sample to ensure that the quality of Steel meets our quality standards. The Production and Quality Flow chart below shows how we ensure quality Production.

DeBurring

Burrs are unwanted raised material remaining on cast part as a result of manufacturing operation. Burrs must be removed for the assembly of components as they can cause field failure when they fall off.

We use German technology for this process that results in much smoother finish.
